The interaktiv GmbH is an internationally active ‘full service’ IT service provider and has been a certified implementation partner of the ABAS Software AG for many years.

The main focus is on ERP or eBusiness solutions for medium-sized companies. Additionally, the interaktiv GmbH has a great deal of experience from various planning jobs and implements integrated APS solutions in this area. Individual outsourcing concepts are developed and implemented for long-standing customers.

The main thinking of interaktiv GmbH is in keeping the workstation free of anything that does not aid working. For this purpose one orients oneself strongly to the principles of ‘lean thinking’ and lets a large part of this philosophy flow into the daily work with customers.
The interaktv GmbH distinguishes itself by using a process in which the first step involves looking at the processes in the company rather than the software. The interactive GmbH was established in 1995, but many employees have experience in the ERP area and over 15 years of project experience. Currently there are 20 full-time employees and a network of freelancers employed. Individual services, such as hotline or helpdesk, are self-evident.
