CeBIT Istanbul: successful trade fair

CeBIT opens its gates for Istanbul in Turkey until 12th October. The event had promising results already in the first days of the event. The Turkish abas partner, BEBIM Bilişim Teknolojileri Ltd.Sti, is represented in hall 2, stand 346 and presents all the new features of the abas Business Software.

The company Speck Pumpen Walter Speck & Co. KG, located in Roth, also relies on abas ERP. The company is a leading international manufacturer of high quality pumps and compressors for industrial applications. Speck Pumpen are globally represented and have locations in France, China, Taiwan and Thailand; they have aprrox. 400 employees. In the future, 80 users will work with abas ERP. It is also planned to integrate the French and Chinese locations. The implementation partner in charge is ABAS Projektierung in Nuremberg.

Alváris Profile Systems GmbH located in the Austrian town Rankweil-Brederis have decided to use abas ERP in the future. The company Alutop founded 10 years ago in Liechtenstein has become Alváris. Its product range includes profiles, profile systems and accessories. It is also planned to integrate the locations in Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The abas Partner alltrotrec GmbH and Nittmann & Pekoll GesmbH are jointly responsible for the ERP project.

Five users of Saudi Arabian Airlines work with abas Trade in the future. The area of operations will be inventory using an interface to handheld scanner devices. The ERP project will be supported by the abas distribution partner BT Applied Technology.
