	ABAS Unveils New Company to Boost Worldwide Support Structure

	Karlsruhe, February 12, 2008 – ABAS Software in conjunction with software partners ABAS Projektierung Holding GmbH (Germany) and Arem Technologies Private Ltd. (India) announce the formation of ABAS Business Services. ABAS Business Services will be based out of Mumbai, India and will provide added support to all ABAS software partners in the implementation of abas Business Software worldwide.

	The main services offered by ABAS Business Services will be focused in project implementation. The company will bring increased mobility to the ABAS Group by providing consultants geared to travel worldwide to any customer location and offer on-site supervision, programming and customization support. “With the addition of ABAS Business Services we are positioning ourselves for exponential growth on the international level,” explains Werner Strub, CEO of ABAS Software. “Many of our current customers are expanding abroad and would like their ERP systems integrated into their foreign subsidiaries. ABAS Business Services provides us with the necessary infrastructure and resources to support this development.” Additional services include the establishment of a 24/7 support hotline, translation of training and project documentation, as well as the development of application software and add-on tools. ABAS Business Services will commence operation on February 15th of this year.
