Karlsruhe, July 27, 2007 - On July 20, 2007 the chairman of the supervisory board, Thomas Frank, and the CEO, Werner Strub, reported about the business development of the ABAS Software AG at the annual shareholders' meeting. |

| Growth in sales revenue, sales figures and profit | |||
The year 2006 which was characterized by a reflation, also was one of the most successful ones in the company history of the ABAS Software AG from Karlsruhe. The sales revenue, sales figures and the profit were increased considerably compared to the previous year. The largest part of the growth is due to the business gained through new customer licenses. In 2006, ABAS was able to register an overseas revenue growth of 45 percent compared to 2005. |

The ABAS Software AG develops the abas Business Software in the technology region Karlsruhe, in Germany. The software is being represented in 26 countries by a network of certified partners. The abas Business Software is a great success worldwide and stands for quality, competence, innovation, modern technology, service and a high level of customer satisfaction. With foresight to 2007 the abas CEO Werner Strub emphasizes: "The abas group has created very favorable basic conditions for lasting success. In the first two quarters of 2007, ABAS was able to considerably improve the growth in sales revenue, sales figures and profit. In this context, special emphasis needs to be placed on the development of foreign markets.
